Research

I investigate how dietary and bioactive compounds regulate adipose tissue biology and immune function. My research focuses on the cellular and molecular mechanisms by which nutrients influence adipocyte differentiation, adipocyte鈥搃mmune cell communication, and inflammatory signaling to identify strategies for improving metabolic health.
