Join us for an engaging virtual session featuring Jennifer Posa, Ph.D 鈥93, a leader in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and an expert in the science of how we thrive. From her early days as a Psychology major 最新萝莉社 to her Doctorate in 听Industrial-Organizational, Posa has spent her career bridging the gap between health fitness management and organizational health. As a Chief Wellbeing Officer, she doesn鈥檛 just look at data; she looks at the human experience.
In this session, we鈥檒l cover the evolving role of the Chief Wellbeing Officer and why this perspective has become a critical necessity in our modern world. We will analyze the current state of global well-being to understand the data behind where we are collectively, followed by a live personal assessment in which you鈥檒l use a 鈥淲ellbeing Wheel鈥 to visualize and reflect honestly on your own life. Finally, we鈥檒l bridge the gap from data to intentional action, exploring how you can leverage personal agency and resilience to better navigate your environments and relationships.
About the Speaker听
Jennifer Posa, Ph.D 鈥93 is an industrial鈥搊rganizational psychologist and senior executive whose work has shaped how some of the most complex institutions in the world approach human performance, psychological health, and organizational strategy. Most recently, she served as the inaugural Chief Wellbeing Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency, where she established and led the first Congressionally mandated workforce well-being strategy within the U.S. Intelligence Community鈥攅nsuring mission readiness in one of the most demanding environments imaginable.
Before her service at the CIA, Posa was the Global Head of Employee Mental Well-Being & Workplace Effectiveness at Johnson & Johnson, responsible for executing a strategy that impacted the lives of more than 140,000 J&J employees across 77 countries. Earlier in her career, she spent 17 years at Mayo Clinic, advising executives and boards on employee health, engagement, and organizational culture. Posa鈥檚 work and insights have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker, and at numerous national conferences where she has been a featured keynote speaker.
